Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mavros Private Capital collects, uses, and protects information about prospective and current investors.

Last updated: June 2, 2026

01Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — including your name, email address, phone number, organization, investor classification, and approximate assets under management — when you request access, correspond with us, or create an investor account.

When you are onboarded as a limited partner, we and our verification partners collect additional information necessary to confirm your identity and accreditation status, including documentation required for KYC, AML, and OFAC screening.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you use the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, through standard server logs and cookies.

02How we use your information

We use your information to evaluate access requests, communicate with you about private markets opportunities, verify eligibility, administer subscriptions and reporting, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and operate and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

03How we share information

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf — including identity and accreditation verification, SPV administration, escrow, e-signature, fund audit, and email delivery — under contractual confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Mavros, our investors, and others.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

04Data security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

05Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting requirements. Investor records are typically retained for the period required by applicable securities and recordkeeping regulations.

06Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

07Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and maintain authenticated sessions. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect site functionality.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
