02Regulatory entities

Securities are offered through Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA / SIPC. Investment advisory and family office services are provided through Mavros Capital Management LLC, a registered investment adviser. Mavros Capital Management LLC and Finalis Securities LLC are separate, unaffiliated entities.

Registration with the SEC or membership in FINRA does not imply a certain level of skill or training.

03Eligibility

Private markets investments offered through the platform are available only to verified accredited investors and, for most opportunities, qualified purchasers, as those terms are defined under the U.S. federal securities laws. Eligibility for any specific opportunity is confirmed during onboarding through independent accreditation verification.

Private markets investments involve a high degree of risk, including the potential loss of some or all of the invested capital. They are speculative, illiquid, and not suitable for all investors. There is typically no secondary market for these interests, and none is expected to develop.
